We made sure that all the supplies needed for the mass production today had been prepared beforehand. However, the figurines that we ordered online did not come yet and thus we had to exclude those for today. In terms of the succulent plants, we could not obtain the exact plants we had in mind for the terrariums as Pick-A-Plant, who had the cheapest price for succulents that we could find so far, had limited varieties of succulents and we had to choose from whatever they had. Thus, we had to make sure the plants we got were indeed suitable for the terrarium themes during the production process as well.

As it was Cleo's birthday yesterday, we had a short birthday celebration for her before we started on our work.

The change in the types of succulent plants did come in as a big problem during production process as some of the new plants that we got from Pick-A-Plant did not suit the original designs we had. Thus, we had to improvise and modify our original designs which took up time. Apart from that, it was really hard to root some of the taller plants into the soil as they kept falling over when we replanted them.

After much hours of hard work, we managed to make a total of 43 terrariums by the end of the day.

At the end of the session, we realised that we had to order other types of succulent plants for next week as we did not have suitable plants for some of the themes. Apart from that, there were limited colours for the coloured sand and we felt that we should try out other colours as well. We have to rectify all these issues that we had today to ensure that things would go more smoothly the following week. We believe that we would still be able to achieve our goal of completing 100 terrariums by next week. Let's hope for the best!
