Today we met up at Cleo's house to continue the production of terrariums needed for next week's TGIF Bazaar at White Sands Shopping Centre. Our aim was to make 100 terrariums in total for the sale. We had already made 43 terrariums last week and we aimed to complete 57 terrariums by today. Last week, we felt that some of the plants that we ordered did not suit some of our themes. Thus, we ordered new plants for today that we felt were more suitable for the themes. To add in more colours to our terrariums, we brought in a newer type of green coloured sand. Apart from that, we also received our online order of figurines a few days back and these were just what we needed for the final touches of our products.

We had not completed all 20 terrariums for each theme that we made last week and thus we started off production today by continuing from where we left off. Within no time, we managed to complete all the quantities for 4 themes and we were left with 20 terrariums to do for our final theme which was the Home with Garden theme. However, the theme was very much similar to Home with Pathway theme which we already had done. Therefore, our team decided that for the remaining terrariums, we should try something new and do a random theme for each terrarium . For the designs of these, we would make use of our own creativity and utilize the plants and figurines that we felt would look good together.

The figurines that we had helped us a whole lot on inspiring us on the designs for each one of the terrariums. We came up with lots of interesting designs. One of the prominent designs that we had was the couple themed terrariums which we thought would click well with young couples.

After all the hard work we had put in for two weeks, we had finally completed our first 100 terrariums!

Our team discussed further on how much we would price our products for next week's event. The price of each terrarium was fixed at $12. We also incorporated a 3 for $30 promotion for the terrariums as well. For the ease of watering the plants, we would also include a squirt bottle for $1 together with a purchase of terrarium. Customers would also be able to choose figurines to add in to their terrariums. A small figurine would be priced $1.50 whereas a big figurine would be price at $2. Customers can also choose add names in the form of beads with a cost of $2.

Frond is all prepared for next week's bazaar and we hope that all our hard work will pay off! Let's see how it goes!
