Entry #8

We met up at Cleo's house again this week for the completion of our terrariums. The figurines ordered from Taobao came in and it will definitely to bring life to our terrariums.

We began replicating the designs and Cleo made a few suggestions to improve our current themes. With the design master's advice, we are able to do up more variety of designs for each of the themes.

We were able to complete more terrariums in a shorter time, therefore we decided to leave 20 terrariums for random designs and let our imagination run wild. Cheryl and Cleo also made use of fake plants we got from Taobao and it gives of a dreamy feel, which is sooooooo pretty. I tried and failed. Terribly. Hence I decided to do simplistic designs such as Yin and Yang, while adding 1 black and white bunny figurine.

After completion of terrariums, we split up to finish things faster. The girls began cleaning up while the guys glued sticks to keep the figurine from shifting during transport.

I felt a sense of accomplishment after laying out all the terrariums we made over the two days, and I can't wait for the Whitesands event.
