Entry #2

Today our group decided to make a visit to a plant nursery called Pick A Plant to get at least an air plant and succulent. We will apply the information we found online and gain some experience in taking care of the plant. With first hand experience, we will be able to better decide which plant type will better suit our product.

Pick A Plant is situated in a remote area hence we decided to get there by Grab. Ram, Jiaxin and Shiju shared a ride while Cheryl and I took another one. Despite so, Cheryl and I still got lost as the driver dropped us off at another nursery. We had to navigate and walk in the drizzle. The rest of them went exploring around the nursery first while waiting for us.

It is my first time being in a plant nursery and I was taken aback by the amount of plants they had. Some plants had unimaginable price tags on them. While we were making our way there, Ram and the rest of them had spoken to the owners and staff there. We affirmed that some of the information we found online were true regarding the process of taking care of air plants and succulents.

We each picked an air plant and succulent to take care of, and we received a plant care guide from them, which remind us that we should come up with one for our customers. We also negotiated a price of $1.20 each plant in the event of bulk purchasing for them. With that, we went back satisfied with the information we obtained.

I hope my plants don't die.
