Prior to this, we have always been engaging Pick A Plant as our main supplier due to the low price they offered. They have been consistently getting shipment on every Wednesday, and we will pick the plants from there. However, ever since the year started, they were unable to give us an definite answer to when their shipments are coming in. This puts us in a difficult position as we have to purchase the plants before the event. We have to work backwards from the event date and agree on a common date for us to do the terrariums, which becomes difficult as school has begun for us.

Another problem with Pick A Plant is that their quality of plants are getting very bad. There were a few instances where we went down to pick the succulents we wanted and they actually displayed dead plants. As a result, we were left with no choice but to buy at Hua Hng, which is our main secondary supplier due to its high quality of plants, however the prices there were almost twice of Pick A Plant's.

All in all, Pick A Plant really disappoints as they were unable to give firm confirmation on their shipment. There were also a few instances where they did not deliver their promises and we were almost screwed by them. Luckily we had a few back up suppliers that we can go to immediately.
