Jiaxin Entry #23

Yesterday was the business showcase which concluded our ET9135 journey.

It was great seeing so many familiar faces and hearing the growth of their venture since the business plan presentation.

As we stood in front of the audiences and share our experiences on starting Frond, I felt so accomplished to have came this far. It definitely was not an easy journey, filled with ups and downs. Throughout the past 6 months, I have witnessed the growth of our venture and every member of the team- similar to the growth of my succulent plant! (my 1^st ever plant, which we have gotten during our first visit to Pick a Plant!)

6 months ago, it barely had much leaves. Today, it has grown so much wider and filled with more leaves, just like how we started out as a team with little experience and gaining new knowledge throughout the 6 months.

Although we faced several challenges along this journey, I’m glad that we were able to overcome them all. To many, Frond may just be a terrarium business. But for me, it holds a lot more meaning, as it consists of all the time and effort that I have invested in delivering our product and services to our customers at the numerous events attended.

Moving forward, Frond is looking towards conducting terrarium work-shops in the coming months.

It has been an exciting journey and I would like to take this opportunity to thank my team mates Cheryl, Cleo, Ram, Shiju, and Shun Kai for this wonderful experience, instructor Mr Roderick , Mr Adrian and Ms Lili for their guidance, and also our customers for giving us the support.
